Christmas is here!

These Christmas tree treats are great for any Christmas celebration. Fashioned on a lovely cupcake holder (available at Passionate Cooks Essentials) - these babies bring Christmas to the dinner table!

They were so tasty - I know a few culprits who had second helpings. Thankfully there were some left!

I particularly enjoyed the red jolly rancher star.
Really - I enjoyed it. No one was diggin' in. So I ate it.

Cupcake Gram!?! What's that!?! I want one!!

Recently, a customer approached me to send cupcakes - 'candy-gram' style. To Etobicoke.
DONE.
So this is what we came up with!

What a great way to say thank you! Flowers are gone after a week. And these treats are likely gone after an hour. But - they taste way better.

The Princesses of Uxbridge

These royal treats have become a hit with the princesses of Uxbridge!!
I just made my fifth order of pink and purple tiara cupcakes! Who knew they would be such a hit!??!!

Who am I kidding - pink and purple icing with silver dragĂ©es? These can only be seen at the birthday parties of the fanciest princesses in town.

Cutie Patootie loved the Christmas Home Tours!

The Christmas Season has begun!
We started off with a bang making some treats for Christmas Home Tours in the area.

These beauties were created for a home on the Markham Christmas Tour of Homes. All the money raised from the home tour is donated to Breast Cancer Awareness - hence the subtle pink ribbons. These were a hit in the cupcake inspired kitchen on Main Street, Unionville!

Locally, the organizers of the Uxbridge Christmas Tour of Homes was gearing up for their annual tour! Their leopard scarves on the big day gave us the inspiration for these cheetah trees!

If you need Christmas treats - book soon! There's only four Christmas Cupcake weeks left!!

I hope this party was a HOOT!

A birthday celebration!
We made these look a little more feminine by adding the bow - what do you think?
I think this guy looks a little curious.

Customer Testimonials - My Fav!

I have a couple who have become repeat cupcake offenders and I have had the opportunity to make cupcakes for many of their recent events. What do they have to say about it?

"Specifically - the cupcakes were at a perfect moisture level, meaning they still left me craving a glass of milk. The icing.....oh man....I could just eat that by itself. My sweet tooth shows no boundaries! Overall a fluffy tasty treat, perfect for any weddings, showers, birthdays, or just a regular I-deserve-a-treat kinda day!!!" - R.S

"These cupcakes appealed to me from the moment I knew they were being made. This is becasue of two things: 1 - I love cupcakes, and 2 - I have had the pleasure of a batch of Cutie Patootie cupcakes before. This time around, we decided to go with the banana flavor. I am a chocolate lover, however Alicia and I decided to go with banana to switch things up a bit. I must admit they were as good as the chocolate. Light and fluffy yet full flavored without the banana been TOO overpowering. This time I was prepared and had a glass of milk ready and enjoyed my cupcake/milk combo once again! These cupcakes were made for my parents to welcome them to their new home. Cutie Patootie served up 7 satisfied customers as my parents and grandparents all thoroughly enjoyed these little tastes of heaven. Another order has been placed for my thanksgiving dinner with my family this coming Sunday. These cupcakes are personal yet professional with a beautiful presentation and they still have that "homemade" taste that most bakeries struggle to achieve. I cannot wait to see what Taryn Skinner (President & CEO - Cutie Patootie Cupcakes) has in store for us this time!" - R.S

So - now do you want some cupcakes?!?!?!?!

What do bowling pins and pretty stars have in common?

Nothing.

But they look extra cute on cupcakes!

I was baking and decorating and melting until midnight last night to get ready for some big events today!! It was a late night, but I refused to lose. These bowling pins took a little more love than I had planned - but the birthday girl loved them!

The weekend also brought a champagne birthday? Ever heard of that? It happens once in a lifetime when you turn the age of the date of your birthday?? My champagne birthday happened when I turned 17 on October 17th - 7 years ago. Gross. I wish I had some beauty cupcakes for my big celebration!

Cutie PaTOESIES

Cute right?
They weren't sure if it was a boy or a girl. So we did both!

They're all right feet though. No left feet.

Warning - these cupcakes are famous....

These beautiful and tasty treats can be seen in the well known 4 colour, 28 page spread of Uxbridge - also known as Uxbridge Town Talk. No big deal.

And - they tasted delicious.

Look for them in the November issue!!!
